PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.

(1) REVISED SPECIFICATIONS. As a part of Addendum #3 issued on September 24, 2018, we issued revised specifications. It has since been pointed out to us that those specifications contained inconsistencies and conflicts with other information issued. Accordingly, please see the revised specifications which hereby overrule the revised specifications that were issued as a apart of Addendum #3.

(2) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following deadlines and reschedule the previously canceled Pre-bid Conference:

(2a) The Pre-bid Conference & Walkthrough is hereby rescheduled for 2:00 PM ET on Monday, October 22, 2018, at 2940 Grady Road, Tallahassee, FL 32312. Also, we encourage all firms that intend to attend this Conference & Walkthrough to RSVP where provided for within the IFB on the eProcurement Marketplace.

(2b) The DEADLINE TO ASK QUESTIONS is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Monday, October 29, 2018; and

(2c) The PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.

(2d) For any bidder that has already entered his/her pricing online and delivered to the Agency the sealed hard-copy bid submittal, no further action is required on his/her part. As the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot, prior to the Submittal Deadline, see any costs submitted; and, we will keep all sealed bid submittals safe and unopened until the Public Bid Opening at the Submittal Deadline.
