PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.

We have received the following request for information and hereby respond:

(1) QUESTION. Are cabinet doors raised panel or shaker style?
AGENCY RESPONSE. As detailed within Table No. 4 on page 17 of the IFB 1.0 Document issued, the answer is “raised panel.” Please note that “raised panel” was also listed as a part of the description pertaining to Pricing Item No. 1 that we entered on the eProcurement Marketplace.

(2) PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Please see attached hereto for your perusal a copy of the Pre-bid Conference (PBC) Agenda and Sign-in Sheet. Please remember that, whereas this Conference was not mandatory, there may be, and probably are, additional bidders that did not attend the Conference that may, and probably will, submit a bid in response to this IFB. Also, please note that 2 bidders entered the time of “11:55” on the Sign-in Sheet. These times are not correct, as the PBC did not start until 2:00 PM ET. We will double-check the clock in our Conference Room to ensure that the time on the clock is correct.

(3) QUESTION. Will there be a new bid form on the to submit online?
AGENCY RESPONSE. We anticipate that we will soon be issuing another addendum that will revise the Pricing Items issued online and will include some revisions to the specifications.

(4) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. Based on the “RESPONSE” listed within the immediate-preceding No. (3), we hereby extend the following deadlines:

(4a) The DEADLINE TO ASK QUESTIONS is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Monday, December 3, 2018; and

(4b) The PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

(4c) For any bidder that has already entered his/her pricing online and delivered to the Agency the sealed hard-copy bid submittal, no further action is required on his/her part at this time.

(4c1) As the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot, prior to the Submittal Deadline, see any costs submitted; however, we do anticipate that when we revised the specifications we will also substantially revise the Pricing Item No. 1 (we acknowledge that at the PBC some bidders expressed a concern requiring a “per-unit fee” and we are addressing that issue and will soon advise by addendum our decision). At that time bidders will be able to re-enter the Marketplace and revise their pricing.

(4c2) We will keep all sealed bid submittals safe and unopened until the Public Bid Opening at the Submittal Deadline (we do not at this time anticipate any revisions will be issued pertaining to those specific documents). If, by chance, a bidder has already submitted a bid bond with his/her submittal, we will be happy to return the sealed submittal if the bidder wishes. Please notify me of such by email and I will make arrangements to do so.
