1) Add three (3) laundry rooms which total 1,200 sq. ft.
2) Add 2nd floor exercise room (located by laundry room) total of 335 sq. ft.
3) Remove wall paper in woman’s bathroom which will be painted
4) Add single stall bathroom on 1st floor/garden level. There is a total number of three (3) bathrooms on the first floor/garden level that need to be painted.
Clarification Regarding Scope of Work:
1) The rubber baseboards at the bottom of the walls will be removed by others and installed by others so that the walls can be painted within +/- 2 inches of the floor.
2) The wooden handrail and chair rail (the wooden railing that is mounted to the walls) will remain as is, not painted nor varnished.
3) There will be one color on the walls (ceiling and pipes will be painted same color as walls). There will be a different color used for the trim than what is on the walls.
