We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(1) QUESTION. Are all apartments, with the exception of apartment 15, labeled on the building plan going to have renovations done to their bathrooms?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Yes
(2) QUESTION. What do apartment types A-1, B-1, C, C-1, AB-1 mean? I only have details for type A, type B and type AB apartments.
AGENCY RESPONSE. Left hand tub and right hand tub etc. Winning bidder will have the opportunity to go thru each unit before construction.
(3) QUESTION. Are the electrical receptacles top or bottom fed?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Top fed
(4) QUESTION. Are the electrical receptacles being lowered in all the bathrooms or just in specific ones?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Only in the UFAS units.
(1) QUESTION. How much do we need to lower the electrical units by?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Per UFAS Specs/code.
