PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
A. The original bidding documents for the above-referenced project are hereby amended as noted in Addendum No. 5.
B. This Addendum supersedes and takes precedence over information provided prior to the date of this Addendum.

CLARIFICATIONS
1. The Contractor shall provide an allowance of $10,000 for unforeseen conditions per section 01 2100 Allowances as a separate line item to the base bid price they will provide.
2. The Contractor shall provide an add alternate price per section 01 2300 Alternates and keynote 27 on sheet A-101 as another separate line item to the base bid price they will provide.
3. GMHA shall issue information with additional line items as required to delineate allowance and alternate to be provided from base bid price.
