Good Afternoon,
Please see the following question that was previously asked and answered pertaining to this IFB:
QUESTION: Can you provide a list of Subcontractors Section 3, MBE or WBE businesses that we could use for this project?
ANSWER: Please be advised that the SNRHA does not recommend contractors for obvious reasons. However, you may contact the State of Nevada Contractor's Board or the Nevada Governor's office at www.diversifynevada.com or esbprogram@diversifynevada.com for more information.
Just a courtesy for those contractors who have not had to opportunity of submitting a bid to the SNRHA. Please be advised that tomorrow, June 19, 2020 at 4pm is the last day to ask questions regarding this IFB. However, I will address a few major elements of the Bid Submission:
1. 2 hard-copy bids (one marked original and one marked copy) must be sealed, addressed to the SNRHA and submitted by Monday, June 29, 2020 by 10AM. Additionally, your pricing must be input in this website no later than the deadline date and time as well. Providing one without the other will deem your bid non-responsive.
2. Your bid submittal must include a Bid Bond equal to 5% of your total bid amount, (if it exceeds $100K) in the form of a Surety Bond or Cashiers Check. The total Bid amount must equal a combined total for all 5 lots that's requested within this Solicitation and your cost for each property must be broken down on Form 51000 as it relates to labor, materials, equipment, etc.
2. Your Bid submittal must include all subcontractors you intend to use with addresses at the time of your bid submission. You will not be allowed to provide them later. Also, all subs must complete the Disclosure of Ownership Form and provided in your bid in order that they go through a background check as well.
3. Your bid must include the 11 Tabs as stated within the Bid Format Checklist, with the requested information under each tab and submitted in a folder or binder. (The SNRHA will not assemble your bid submittal as it is being evaluated)
Finally, we thank you for your consideration, time and effort in providing a bid on these services and Good Luck!
Stay safe and stay well!
