The Pre-Bid was not mandatory. Attached with this addendum is a WAV of the pre-bid meeting. Unfortunately, the sound quality is not very good so you will have to turn the volume up to hear it adequately.
Due to the COVID-19 concerns, there was no walk-thru, however attached to this addendum are pictures of both units.
