PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
We have received the following request for information and hereby respond to each:
(1) QUESTION. Are you requesting two bids or one for each service order??
AGENCY RESPONSE. As stated within Section 2.0 of the IFB 1.0 Document, the successful bidder will be required to both paint and clean the unit. Painting firms will typically respond as the prime contractor, then may retain a cleaning company to provide the cleaning services. Our Agency will contract with one contractor only to provide both services.
