(1) PRE-BID CONFERENCE & WALKTHROUGH HELD EARLIER ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 14: Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Agenda and the completed Sign-in Sheet pertaining to this Conference.
(1a) CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE WAS NOT MANDATORY. Please remember that this Conference was not mandatory, so there may be (and probably are) a number of additional firms who did not attend and may, and probably will, submit a bid.
(1b) QUESTIONS ASKED. There were several questions asked during the conference that we did not immediately answer. We encourage all prospective bidders to place any such questions in writing and deliver to us. We will respond via an addendum posted for all prospective bidders to view. These questions can be submitted via the Ask a Question module on the eProcurement Marketplace or can be sent via email directly to my email published within the IFB.
