Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond as follows:
(1) QUESTION. Can you advise the last time these units were painted?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Units are typically periodically painted as units become vacant. We do not maintain a listing of units as they are painted because we typically paint units on an as-needed basis.
(2) QUESTION. Can you advise [as to] the prior winning bidder?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Allied Janitorial Service of Madison Heights, VA.
(3) QUESTION. Can you advise [as to] the total cost of the winning bid?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The last bid did not have a total relevant cost. What we can inform potential bidders of is during the 2020 calendar year we expended a total of $60,951.00 on these services.
