Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
We have received the following request for information and hereby respond:
(1) QUESTION. [I hereby request] a walk-through of the [damaged apartments] for Tuesday 26th or Wednesday 27th in the afternoon.
AGENCY RESPONSE. We have scheduled this walk-through for 3:30 PM CT on Tuesday January 26th. We will meet at the site, 2250 Vogel Street, Apartment D-20, Abilene, TX 79603.
(1a) Though this additional walk-through is not mandatory, any other potential bidder who wishes to attend may do so. We have entered this additional walk-through on our site where attendees may RSVP if they wish (an RSVP is encouraged, but not required).
(1b) Due to on-going COVID-19 issues, all in attendance will be required to observe all “6 foot” spacing requirements and all in attendance must wear a mask. I will be in attendance and will record on the Sign-in Sheet the information of those in attendance.
