PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following Deadlines:
(1a) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Monday, March 15, 2021; and
(1b) The Bid Submittal Deadline is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
(1c) For any bidder who has already submitted, pertaining to this IFB, his/her pricing online within the eProcurement Marketplace, and who has already delivered to the Agency his/her sealed hard-copy bid submittal, no further action is required pertaining to this IFB. Pertaining to the pricing submitted within the Marketplace, whereas the Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot see any pricing submitted until after the bid submittal deadline has expired (we only know that the pricing has been submitted); and we will keep all sealed hard-copy bid submittals received safe and sealed until after the bid submittal deadline has expired.
