PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
We have received the following request for information and hereby respond following:
(1) QUESTION. “For the patrol it says Each so is that how much per each of the two inspections requested or how much for Each annually/monthly etc.”
AGENCY RESPONSE. We are requesting that bidder enters MONTHLY fees for Pricing Items No. 1 and No. 2. The eProcurement site will multiply the monthly amount times the quantity of 12 which will provide the annual cost for patrol security services at Bayside Anchor and Harbor Terrace. For Pricing Items No. 3 and No. 4, bidders must enter an HOURLY rate which will be automatically multiplied by the estimated (but not guaranteed) annual hours for said service. Please take the time to print out your bid once you have submitted to make sure that everything looks correct. PLEASE NOTE: Bidders can revise pricing as many times as needed until the scheduled deadline.
(2) CLARIFICATION. It has been brought to our attention that there is an error in the 1.0 IFB Document regarding date/time of the Pre-bid Walk-thru.
(2a) Confirmation of Important Bid Dates:
• Pre-bid will be held, this Thursday, March 4th starting at 1:00PM at Harbor Terrace (284 Danforth Street, Portland, ME).
• Deadline for Questions: Monday, March 15th by 3:00PM
• Deadline for Bid Submission/Public Bid Opening: Wednesday, March 24th at 3:00PM (I will send a ZOOM link closer to the date)
