PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) PRE-BID CONFERENCE HELD EARLIER TODAY. Please see for your perusal the attached copies of the Agenda and Sign-in Sheet pertaining to the noted Pre-bid Conference held earlier today.
(1a) ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID. Please be aware that this Conference was not mandatory and there may be, and probably are, additional firms that may, and probably will, return a bid in response to this IFB.
(1b) QUESTIONS. There were several questions asked at the Pre-bid that we did not immediately answer. We asked that those questions be placed in writing and return to my attention, either via email directly to me or via the Question Module on the eProcurement Marketplace. We will then carefully consider those questions and respond via an addendum posted and issued on the eProcurement Marketplace to all prospective bidders.
(2) REVISION TO INFORMATION WITHIN THE IFB 1.0 DOCUMENT. Within Section 3.3.3 therein the reference to “Lynchburg” is hereby officially revised to read “Kansas City.” We regret any inconvenience that this typo may have cause.
