PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby implement the following extensions:
(1a) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Monday, March 15th, 2021; and
(1b) The Bid Submittal Deadline is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, March 24th, 2021.
(1c) If you have already submitted your proposed pricing online where provided for within the eProcurement Marketplace, and have already delivered to our Agency the sealed hard-copy Step #1 bid submittal detailed within Section 3.1.1.1 of Table No. 3 of the IFB 1.0 Document issued, no further action on your part if required. Whereas the Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot see any costs proposed until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired, we only know that a bid was submitted.
