PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
We have received the following request for information and hereby respond following:
(1) QUESTION. “Can you identify the current incumbent and provide their bill rates?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Securitas provides the Security Officer at Franklin Towers and Security Patrols at Harbor Terrace. Securitas charges $26/hour for a normal day and $35/hour for holidays for the Security Officer at Franklin Towers. They charge $15 per patrol (2patrols/ night) for Harbor Terrace.
First Protection Services provides the Security Patrols at Bayside Anchor. They charge $400/month for two patrols a night.
(2) QUESTION. “In regard to the two incumbents listed in the IFB how is the work divided among the two listed?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Securitas provides the work for Franklin Towers and Harbor Terrace. First Protection Services provides the work at Bayside Anchor.
