PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following deadlines:
(1a) PRE-BID CONFERENCE (PBC) AND WALK-THROUGH OF THE SITE. This Conference and Walk-through scheduled for tomorrow, March 10, is hereby postponed until 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Though it is not required to attend, firms that plan to attend are encouraged to register online, where provided for within the IFB on the eProcurement Marketplace.
(1b) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Monday, April 5, 2021; and,
(1c) The Bid Submittal Deadline is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
(1d) For any bidder that his submitted his/her pricing online and has delivered to us the sealed hard-copy bid submittal documents, no further action on your part is required by this extension. Whereas the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot see the pricing submitted until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired (at the Public Bid Opening), and we keep all sealed hard-copy bid submittals safe and sealed until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired (please remember, the sealed hard-copy submittals do NOT contain any proposed pricing therein, as proposed pricing is entered on the eProcurement Marketplace only, which will remain sealed until the Public Bid Opening that occurs at the Submittal Deadline).
