PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. Please note the following extensions:
(1a) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Wednesday, March 24, 2021; and,
(1b) The Bid Submittal Deadline (and Public Bid Opening) is hereby extended until 3:00 PM CT on Monday, April 5, 2021.
(1c) For and bidder who has already submitted bis/her bid pricing online and has already delivered to the sealed hard-copy submittal, there is no action required on your part as a result of our issuance of this addendum and extension of the deadlines. As the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot see the proposed pricing submitted until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired (we only know that it has been entered and submitted); and we will keep all sealed hard-copy submittals safe and sealed until after the bid submittal deadline. PLEASE NOTE: The sealed hard-copy submittals do NOT contain any proposed pricing.
