PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. For technical reasons, we hereby extend the deadlines as follows:
(1a) The DEADLINE TO ASK QUESTIONS is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Monday,
April 12, 2021; and
(1b) The BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
(1c) For any firm that has already submitted proposed pricing online within the eProcurement Marketplace and has delivered to the Agency the sealed hard-copy bid submittal (as detailed within Section 3.1 of the IFB 1.0 Document), no further action in response to this addendum is required. Whereas the eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot see any bid pricing submitted until after the Bid Submittal Deadline as expired (i.e., at the Public Bid Opening); and we will keep all sealed hard-copy bid submittals received (which, by the way, DO NOT contain any pricing information) safe and sealed until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired.
