PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) REVISIONS TO THE IFB DOCUMENTS.
(1a) A number of references within the IFB documents (and the addenda issued) makes reference to “Lori Brown.” The correct reference is “Lorie Brown” and we hereby officially make that revision.
(1b) Within Table No. 2, Page 3 of the IFB 1.0 Document, the language within the column immediately to the right of “HOW TO FULLY RESPOND TO THIS IFB BY SUBMITTING A BID SUBMITTAL, the information within No. “2” is incorrect. This section is hereby revised to read: “As instructed within Section 3.0, Table No. 3, Section 3.1.1.1 of the IFB document, submit 1 copy of your “hard copy” bid to the Agency Administrative Office.”
(1c) On Page 19 of the IFB 1.0 Document, Section 3.5, the following original issued language is hereby revised as noted:
ORIGINAL ISSUED LANGUAGE: “A total of 1 original signature copy (marked "ORIGINAL") and 2 exact copies (each of the 3 separate bid submittals shall have a cover and extending tabs) of the “hard copy” bid submittal, shall be placed unfolded in a sealed package and addressed to:”
NEWLY REVISED LANGUAGE: “A total of 1 original signature copy (marked "ORIGINAL"), with extending tabs, of the “hard copy” bid submittal, shall be placed unfolded in a sealed package and addressed to:…”
