PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following deadlines:
(1a) PRE-BID CONFERENCE. We hereby revise the date of the Pre-bid Conference to June 30, 2021, the time of 11:00 AM ET remains the same.
(1b) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Tuesday, July 6, 2021; and
(1c) The Bid Submittal Deadline is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
(1d) For those bidders who have already entered their pricing online, this extension does not require any further action on your part. The eProcurement Marketplace is a sealed system, and we cannot see any bids entered until after the bid-submittal deadline has past.
(2) RESPONSE TO LOTS AND REVISIONS TO THE PROPOSED FEES. We hereby issue the following detailed revisions:
(2a) RESPONSE TO LOTS. A bidder may now respond with proposed fees (and proposed services) to just Lot #1 (Tub/Sink Resurfacing) or just Lot #2 (Countertop Resurfacing) or to both Lots #1 and #2 (both Tub/Sink Resurfacing and Countertop Resurfacing). Any bidder that does not wish to respond to a Lot simply does not enter any proposed fees for that Lot, or in other words, simply ignore the Lot.
(2b) PROPOSED FEES ALREADY ENTERED ONLINE. Please note, these revisions to the Pricing Items are substantial. We strongly recommend that any bidder who has already entered his/her proposed fees online re-enter the eProcurement Marketplace and review and complete any necessary revisions to their previous entries. Any bidder who chooses to not do so will NOT be able to revise these entries by negotiation after the bid deadline has expired.
