(1) PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Agenda and Sign-in Sheet pertaining to the Pre-Bid Conference that was recently held. Please be aware that this Conference was, as required by pertinent HUD procurement regulation, not mandatory and there may be, and probably are, additional firms that will respond with a proposal submittal.
