PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(1) QUESTION. Will you accept Ruud equipment as an alternative to the manufacturers listed in the bid documents if the units meet the specifications requested?
AGENCY RESPONSE. RUUD shall be added to the list of acceptable manufacturers. Final approval of any manufacturer and product to be reserved for shop drawing phase.
(2) QUESTION. Can we price Goodman Equipment as long as spec is met?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Goodman shall be added to the list of acceptable manufacturers. Final approval of any manufacturer and product to be reserved for shop drawing phase.
(3) QUESTION. Can we price Mr. Cool Equipment?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Mr. Cool will not be an acceptable manufacturer for this project.
