PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
Please take notice of the information following:
(1) PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Sign-in Sheet pertaining to the Pre-bid Conference & Walkthrough that was recently held on October 19th.
(1a) Please note that this Pre-bid was, pursuant to relevant HUD procurement regulation, not mandatory, so be aware that there may be (and probably are) additional firms that did not attend this Pre-bid that may intend to respond with a bid.
(1b) We do not publish any minutes pertaining to the Pre-bid. At this Walkthrough we only addressed information already issued. There were a number of questions asked pertaining to information not issued. We directed such questions to be delivered to us in writing and, once received, we will respond to such questions by issuance of an addendum that will be available to all potential bidders.
