PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.

(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. Please note the following extensions to the noted
deadlines:

(1a) The DEADLINE TO ASK QUESTIONS is hereby extended to 3:00 PM ET on Tuesday,
January 4, 2022; and,

(1b) The BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE is hereby extended until 3:00 PM ET on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

(1c) For any bidder who has already entered his/her pricing online within the eProcurement Marketplace and has already delivered to the Agency the required sealed hard-copy bid submittal, no additional action on your part if required as a result of the issuance of this addendum. Whereas the Marketplace is a sealed system, we cannot see any bid pricing submitted until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired (we only know if it has been submitted), and we will keep all sealed hard-copy submittals received safe and sealed until after the Bid Submittal Deadline has expired and the Public Bid Opening has been conducted.

We are grateful for your interest in doing business with our Agency and we look forward to receiving a bid submittal from your firm.
