PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Agenda and Sign-in Sheet pertaining to the Pre-Bid Conference that was recently held (Attachment #1). Please be aware that this Conference was, as required by pertinent HUD procurement regulation, not mandatory and there may be, and probably are, additional firms that will respond with a bid submittal.
(2) REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION. We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(2a) QUESTION. Can I get a copy of any addenda that have been released to date?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Everyone who registers on our eProcurement Marketplace receives notice of any addenda issued. This is the first addendum issued for this IFB and has been posted as a part of this IFB on the Marketplace.
(2b) QUESTION. Can I get a copy of the updated plan holders list?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Everyone who is registered on the Marketplace can see those who have viewed and received the bid documents. To view this list, please click on the quantity listed within the "Viewers" column.
(2c) QUESTION. What is the estimated cost of this project?
AGENCY RESPONSE. Pursuant to pertinent HUD procurement regulations, we are not allowed to disclose our "estimated construction cost," and accordingly, we will not do so.
