PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.
(1) EXTENSION OF DEADLINES. We hereby extend the following deadlines:
(1a) The Deadline to Ask Questions is hereby extended until 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, July 5, 2022; and
(1b) The Bid Submittal Deadline is hereby extended until 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
(2) SITE VISIT. As listed within the 1.0 Document, Section 2.2.19, “The Contractor and contracted subcontractors are strongly encouraged to examine the project site before submitting a bid. The Contractor must contact the Agency Contact Person…to schedule a site visit.” You may also contact our Manager of Maintenance at jdavis@pchousing.org to schedule a site visit.
