We have received the following request for information and hereby respond as noted:
(1) QUESTION. Will the feces be cleaned up before anyone goes into the apartment, or will; that be part of the bid also?
AGENCY RESPONSE. The awarded bidder will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the unit rehab work, including the removal of any unnecessary materials, waste, and old products prior to starting.
