As discussed in the meeting, demolition contractor will be required to install interior fence between existing
parking lot and building to be demolished.
Do you required the barrier to be a temporary construction fence with posts inground and no railing or match the existing perimeter fencing with top and bottom railing and posts are placed in concrete?
Existing perimeter fence is higher in quality and cost. Please advise.
Answer:
Temporary construction barrier fence to be added in areas where existing fence covering is missing. Once work is completed contractor will remove this temporary fence and leave existing fence in same condition as it is now.
