I hope all is well with each of you!

Please be advised that due to the SNRHA's budget and the receipt of one bid regarding this solicitation and will not be making an award. We will be rebidding the project in parts.

Therefore, General Contractors (GC) having APPLICABLE LICENSES for the scope of work that will be provided are encouraged to bid. Otherwise, the scope of work must contain at least three trades for GC's to bid these services and unfortunately, they will not.
