If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
We received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(1) QUESTION. Will you post your most recently completed audit?
MPHA RESPONSE. The latest audited financials (2017) can be found at https://mphaonline.org/about/policies-and-publications/. The unaudited 2018 financial statements are attached.
(2) QUESTION. Attachment D of this RFP requires the search for W/MBE subcontractors. If we do not comply with this section do we immediately get disqualified?
MPHA RESPONSE. We will not disqualify firms for not complying. If you are unable to reach the goals, please fill out the section on the bottom of the form with reason(s) why.
