A0001- Pre-Proposal meeting agenda, sign in sheet and questions and answers - The Performance Specifications specify for 2" Vinyl blinds to be provided for Existing Windows without blinds or new windows but there are no details as to where the blinds would be required or any details to estimate the window dimensions. Will this project be needing an estimate for window blinds? Yes, you need to have the 2” blinds in the contract. All new windows and glass shall have blinds. As for the existing windows give the owner a unit price per window to add blinds.
