If you plan to not respond to this RFP with a proposal submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this RFP.
We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond:
(1) QUESTION. In order to provide you with the best proposal, we need additional information not included in the RFP. Here is a list of what we would need to conduct the complete marketing analysis:
(1a) Complete Names of Employees
(1b) Dependent Information – please provide name, dob and gender of each dependent enrolled.
(1c) Copy of your Anthem KACO renewal for 7/01/2020 – most carriers require a copy of the current renewal to finalize quotes. Please provide actual copy of Anthem’s renewal document.
(1d) Rate History – rates provided in the RFP are shown as 2018 / 2019.

AGENCY RESPONSE. We prefer not to release the full names of our employees and their dependents as part of a public process. Additionally, we prefer not to attach a copy of our Anthem KACO renewal for 7/01/2020. We will ensure that the successful proposer has access to the that information. Please see our responses to the remaining requests for information, attached hereto.
