(1) PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Attached hereto for your perusal is a copy of the Agenda and Sign-in Sheet pertaining to the Pre-Bid Conference that was recently held. Please remember that this Conference was, pursuant to pertinent HUD regulation, not mandatory, and there may be, and probably are, additional potential bidders that did not attend but may still submit a bid.
We have received the following requests for information and hereby respond to each:
(2) QUESTION. Does the small trim area on the wall have to be painted a different color?
AGENCY RESPONSE. No.
(3) QUESTION. What length of time do the doors have to be open to dry after they are painted?
AGENCY RESONSE. No more than 3 hours.
