PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) you will continue to receive these notices. If you do not plan to respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the Internet System and mark "No Bid." Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.

(1) CLARIFICATION: Due to questions and comments received from Contractors and further planning by the Agency, Architects and Engineer, the IFB documents listed below and attached hereto have been revised and/or updated to provide further clarification of this project. Please disregard the previous versions.

1.1 09.0-AttachmentH(Parking ADA Entrance Plan Specs-Drawings)
1.2 09.1-AttachmentH-1(Site Imprvmt Plan Specs-Drawings)

(2) ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK & PRICING LINE ITEM: The Agency has also decided to add HVAC Unit Repairs to this IFB’s scope of work. Please see the additional plans and specifications document listed below and attached hereto. As a result of this change, an additional Pricing Line Item has been added to the on-line e-Procurement System and 1.0 IFB document.

2.1 09.2 AttachmentH-2(McCown Annex HVAC Unit Repairs)

(3) ADDITIONS & DEADLINE EXTENSIONS: An additional pre-bid conference has been scheduled and the following Deadlines have been revised to allow for review of the additions and changes to this IFB:

3.1 Additional PRE-BID CONFERENCE Date/Time: Thursday, 08/09/18, 02:00 PM
3.2 QUESTION/ANSWER (Q/A) Cutoff Date/Time: Thursday, 08/23/18, 02:00 PM
(Please utilized this additional time to submit ANY and ALL questions you have regarding this IFB.)
3.3 BID Due Date/Time: Wednesday, 08/29/18, 02:00 PM

(4) GAUGE LEVEL OF INTEREST: So that we can gauge the level of interest in this IFB, if you have not previously done so, please indicate, where provided within the Internet system, as to whether or not (i.e. "Will Submit" or "No Bid") you anticipate delivering to us a bid submittal in response to this IFB.
