We have received the following request for information and hereby respond following:

(2) QUESTION. “When was the current incumbent awarded the contract? Could you please provide us copy of current contract?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please see requested contract(s), attached hereto.
(3) QUESTION. Are there any subcontractors being used for the current contract?
AGENCY RESPONSE. No.
(4) QUESTION. “What was the initial term length of the current contract (for example, 1 year plus 4 year options, etc.)”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please see requested contract(s), attached hereto.
(5) QUESTION. “What was the start date of the initial contract?
AGENCY RESPONSE. See response to (2).
(6) QUESTION. “What was the amount spent in the last 12 months?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Franklin Towers -$86,827 Harbor Terrace - $11,683 Bayside Anchor - $4,500

(8) QUESTION. “Are there any significant modifications from the previous contract to the new one? For instance, an increase in hours, a change in guard type (e.g., armed vs unarmed), a need for additional resources?”

AGENCY RESPONSE. This is the same as (6) QUESTION.
(10) QUESTION. “What is the estimated total number of annual hours for this contract?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please review 1.0 IFB Document, Section 2.0 Scope of Work and the Pricing Items where you enter your firm’s bid on the Housing Marketplace eProcurement site ha.internationaleprocurement.com.
(11) QUESTION. “What is the current bill rate for each position?”
AGENCY RESPONSE.
Franklin Towers - $26/hr & $35/hr (holiday pay)
Harbor Terrace - $14/per patrol
Bayside Anchor - $400/month for two patrols a night
(12) QUESTION. “Are there any other rates billed separately (such as equipment, vehicles, etc.)”
AGENCY RESPONSE. No.
(13) QUESTION. Are there any additional services that may be needed that are not listed in the RFP? For instance, the need of additional sites, seasonal required security, etc.
AGENCY RESPONSE. Not currently.
(14) QUESTION. “Beyond the state and federal minimum wage, is there a prevailing wage, living wage ordinance, local mandated wage, or contract-specific wage?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please review 1.0 IFB Document (pg. 21), Table No. 6 and 8.2 – Attachment G-2 (Maintenance Wage Rate Determination).
(15) QUESTION. “Is there a pricing form or format?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Please review 1.0 IFB Document, Section 3.0 Bid Format.
(16)QUESTION. “Are there any MWBE/VS/DBE or other goals for this project?”
AGENCY RESPONSE. Section 3 is always a goal of every service procurement. Section 3 is the only “preference” available to potential bidders.
