PLEASE NOTE: As long as you are registered for this IFB, you will continue to receive these notices. If you plan to not respond to this IFB with a bid submittal, you may want to access the eProcurement Marketplace and mark "No Bid". Once you have done such, you will not continue to receive any notices pertaining to this IFB.

(1) REVISED SPECIFICATIONS. The following information from the specifications issued is hereby revised:

(1a) “Revised Total Building Count: There are 50 buildings in SHA’s Drew Court Housing Community and 15 buildings in SHA’s Sylavon Court Housing Community included in the scope of work. Refer to attached Revised Page 2 of Spec Section 010100 Summary for the updated building count.” NOTE: Please see the Attached #1 pertaining to this issue.

(1b) During the walk site walk thru it was pointed out that the site map issued showed 2 more buildings than the project manual issued (one building difference at each property).
The site map issued also misidentifies a half building to be roofed (this building is a whole building to roof). Please see the Attached #2 which is a revision of the previously issued site map to correct the aforementioned issues.
